Guardrails Product Agreement

This Product Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) and Sector8, an Irish technology company (“Sector8”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), and governs your access to and use of the Sector8 Platform and Services, including any beta features.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to this Agreement.

1. Overview of the Services

Sector8 provides a software-based AI observability and security platform (“Platform”) that allows customers to monitor, detect, and manage AI prompt activity and model interactions. This may include logging inputs/outputs, generating alerts, and analysing compliance risks.

2. Beta Program and Availability

We use your information to:

• The Services are currently in beta phase. Features are subject to change and may not be fully stable or complete.
• Sector8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform without notice during the beta period.
• Beta access is granted solely for evaluation and feedback purposes.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to:

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.
• Not misuse or interfere with the operation, integrity, or security of the Services.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Platform.

4. Feedback and Suggestions

Any feedback, bug reports, suggestions, or ideas shared with Sector8 may be used by us without restriction to improve the Platform. You grant us a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use such input.

5. Data Usage and Security

• You retain ownership of your data.
• Sector8 may process prompt logs, metadata, and telemetry to provide Services and improve detection models.
• We implement industry-standard safeguards to protect your data, and more details are provided in our Privacy Policy.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect each other’s confidential information with reasonable care and not disclose it to third parties. Confidential information includes technical data, business plans, code, and usage metrics not publicly available.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Sector8 Platform and Services remain with Sector8 and its licensors. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any ownership to the Customer.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” during the beta phase. Sector8 disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sector8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or relating to the use or inability to use the Services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer in the 6 months prior to the claim (if any).

10. Term and Termination

• This Agreement starts when you begin using the Services and continues unless terminated.
• Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of Dublin, Ireland.
