    • Account details if you are issued access to the Sector8 Gate

    b. Information from Gate use

    If your organisation uses the Gate, we receive the proposed-action data your runtime sends for evaluation, and we retain the decision record (including reason code, decision trace ID, evidence hash, and policy version) so the control can be audited. We do not sell this information.

    c. Automatically collected data

    • Device and browser type
    • IP address and approximate location
    • Website usage data, such as pages visited and time on site

    2. How we use your information

    • Operate the website and respond to pilot or support enquiries
    • Provide the Gate: evaluate proposed actions and keep an evidence record
    • Communicate about your enquiry, account, or service updates
    • Meet legal, security, and contractual obligations

    We do not sell your personal information.

    We share data only when necessary:

    • With service providers who help us operate our systems, such as hosting
